Hi, I’m Isabella!

I’ve always been curious about what makes people strong — not the performative kind of strength, but the real kind. The kind that’s built quietly. The kind that comes from doing the inner work.

I didn’t arrive here by accident. My early life taught me resilience in a way no textbook could. It showed me the power of emotional awareness, accountability, and self-trust long before I had language for it.

That experience shaped my work, but it doesn’t define it. Today, I partner with leaders who want to think clearly, lead boldly, and build lives that feel aligned — not just impressive.

Professional Experience

My journey has been shaped by both professional ambition and lived experience. At 15, I was the first in my family to begin college, pursuing studies in Psychology and Sociology. Not long after starting my Master’s program, I went on to build a career across startups and Fortune 500 companies, holding roles at organizations such as Live Nation, U.S. Bank, MTV, Viacom, and Paramount Studios.

After more than seven years in Human Resources — including serving as Head of HR in Los Angeles — I realized my work was evolving beyond systems and strategy. I was increasingly drawn to the psychology behind performance, leadership, and the patterns that quietly shape our decisions.

That realization led me to step away from corporate life and fully commit to the deeper work — studying human behavior, emotional intelligence, and performance psychology in a more intentional way. What began as personal exploration became professional purpose.

Working Together

In my coaching practice, I draw from a variety of modalities, including trauma-informed care, somatic experiencing, emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, attachment theory, and shadow work. When working with my clients, I came to understand the question was not "Why aren't you accomplishing your goals?" But rather, "What happened to you that made you feel like you couldn't?" The most critical aspects of career (and life) development are less about strategy and productivity, but rather, they are about emotions and mindset.
My approach is holistic because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s deeply personal. Whether I’m working with someone struggling with self-sabotage or navigating relationship recovery, my goal is always the same: to help people move from surviving to thriving.

Topics Covered In Sessions Include:

Attachment Styles | Narcissistic Abuse | Confidence & Self Esteem | Self Sabotage | Subconscious Reprogramming | Relationship Recovery | Emotional Regulation & Mindset | Shadow Work | Childhood Regression | Somatic Experiencing

Often times the fear of re-experiencing past pain prevents us from pursuing new experiences.

It’s not always the obvious experiences that shape us. It’s the patterns we built to survive them. The habits we formed to stay safe. The stories we internalized about who we needed to be.

Over time, those patterns can start to limit us. We hesitate. We overthink. We self-protect. We call it logic or discipline, when sometimes it’s just fear in a more sophisticated form.

For me, resilience isn’t about pushing through or pretending everything is fine. It’s about doing the inner work — understanding your emotional patterns, recognizing your blind spots, and learning how to respond instead of react. It’s about building a life that feels aligned, not just impressive.

My work is rooted in the belief that self-awareness changes everything. Through 1:1 coaching, group work, corporate partnerships, and speaking engagements, I help leaders think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and make decisions from a grounded place rather than an unconscious one.
